Gretchen Poland, RN, MSN, ARNP-C, AE-C
Gretchen Poland, RN, MSN, ARNP-C, AE-C, received her Nurse Practitioner’s Masters Degree from the University of Kansas Medical Center. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Washburn University and a second Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science from Kansas State University. Gretchen is a member of Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society and is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is also a Board Certified Asthma Educator.
As a nurse practitioner at Allergy and Asthma Care, P.A., Gretchen’s goal is to help you obtain a better understanding of your allergic condition. Learning about allergies and asthma will help you take a proactive role in your health and wellbeing. Gretchen can also help you during acute episodes of your illness to ensure proper management and care. Over time, you will feel comfortable and confident about your diagnoses and treatments involved. Furthermore, the global approach that Gretchen will use with you and your family will ultimately lead to a better quality of life while living with your allergic condition.
